photoshop help?

i am having problems with photoshop. i really can't do it because my computer is retarted. i was wondering if someone can create like two pictures and send them to my e mail address for me? you would be so cool if you did this. i want a picture of a singer who is now on american idol. his name is jason castro. i want a very small picture of his face in the middle with his tongue sticking out and his eyes open wide. and i want his dreadlocks coming out of his head and filling out the whole backround. and for the second picture i just want him holding up a peace sign smiling with a backround that looks like a peaceful view at a beach. please
i forgot to mention something. for the first picture, i do want the first half of his body in the picture and not just his face. i also want both of his hands making a rock sign.
