Dreamweaver CS3 publishing problems?

I typed in everything correctly in manage site, triple checked and even called my hosting company. I'm 90% sure it's my Dreamweaver.

When I click the earth symbol to update my site, it takes me to manage sites even though everything works that I typed in. Nothing will upload onto the web anymore. That button used to upload my site. I'm not sure what I did wrong. Help! Is there an alternate way to upload the site to the internet without manually clicking every file?
