Adobe Illustrator from Trial to full version?

I had the free version downloaded. I bought the full version and when I went to input the serial number for illustrator it didn't accept it. Although for the photoshop/acrobat etc. all accepted it and work.

check adobe's website. there was something messed up with the free trial that left it on your system blah blah they explain it all their. basicly they show you the steps you need to take and if all else fails they have a program to get rid of the trial which allows you to install the full version. I had this happen to me but I followed what they told me.
