Can you give me a step-by-step guide to installing Apache Web Server in

Windows XP for newbies? I already tried the following ways, and don't get them:

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/2.0/platform/windows.html
http://webdesign.about.com/cs/apache/a/aainstapachewin.htm

This one doesn't give me any info after the DocumentRoot part:

http://www.ricocheting.com/server/apache.html
I just want Apache (and PHP, if you want to spend some more time).
