The someone tried to get the page at /admin/sysadmin/main.php using HTTP 1.1, it wasn't found (i.e. it was a 404 Not Found error) and the error response was 221 bytes long.

Basically, someone is trying to find exposed database admin tools on your server, and they aren't finding them because you don't have them installed.

Its a server scanner.....it is scanning your web server for unsecure pages so that they can get admin access to the site...probably to install some spyware or ad spammer crap....
they all returned a 404 meaning that the files were not found so they could not access your server that way...
