How do i get my web business off the ground. Not selling things like some sights,

but like utube? Please help! I have a web based business ideia and i have a domain name. This is different then a home based business. The thought is like utube, but not. I have no money to start it and no computer knolage, and no euipment to start it as well. People that i did talk to tell me thing for selling things online but thats not really what im going to do.. Some say i need a Business lic. What they say and outhers say conflict the outher persons. I'll ask this, If i was to create utub, what do i need to do before starting the websight. I also belive i will need a sponser to get it started, where can i go to get one? The problem that i see, no one will want to sponser anything not bilt yet. So what to i do, where do i go?? Please point me in the wright direction..
