CSS Style Sheet/Dreamweaver Template Question?

Alright, I'm redesigning my website and moving hosts right now, and I'm making a template, but I'm having a little problem.

In my template file, I created a table that I wanna make an editable region.

Looks fine and everything. Okay now I wanna make it an editable region.

Looks fine, but then there's this annoying thing above the region.

I thought it would be fine, but it really does effect my webpage. When I create a blank page out of the template, and put in a header, there seems to be a gap between my banner and my text (between the banner and 'search results'), and I want to make the text stick to the banner. I'm thinking it's because of the comment tag...there is no <br> tag! Help!

Thanks!!!

You can try to put a nested table where your banner is and throw the banner in there to close the gap and you can true the alignment, when you create the editable region see if its set to top. I hope this helps.
