Internet Explorer 6 doesn't display CSS styles locally !?

Hi. Suddenly my Internet Explorer 6 started not showing up CSS styles locally at all. All is well when I am looking at any online site, but if I am trying to view some site from my hard drive (I am a web designer so I need this) page shows like it just doesn't recognize CSS styles at all. This is very strange and never happened to me before. I need to see how pages are looking in IE6 while working on sites so this is very important to me. I even tried "Work offline" option but that didn't serve also. Anyone with good answer?

And yes I've been checkin this in Firefox, it looks good, CSS is there so the problem is in IE, now I do use Firefox and I love it but I have to check my sites also in other browsers that is why I need this to work...
