Can anyone help me I need help to prove I was laid off from delphi in...

...Anaheim ca. in 2003.? Delphi layed me off from late april 2003 thru begining of oct. 2003.I returned to work and was perminitly laid off in Jan 2004.Delphi reported to the EDD that I had earnings for 7 of the 24 weeks of unemployment .Delphi is gone now and I got a copy of my2003 weekly earnings from a record keeping company in arizona ca. I cant find any records from 2003 other than what Delphi reported for me.How can I prove Delphi made a mistake .Delphi records are the only records that can be located.And belive me I tried looking. I tried the IRS,EDD,my bank,my 401k,my medical records,and my old union that is also gone.What can I do to prove to the EDD that I realy was laid off and no way I collected a pay Check while I was laid off.

Have you tried GM? or UAW? They should have all the old records.
