I guess I could really use some delphi help(again)..?

This is what i really wanna ask for help in Delphi.

This application is going to be of seven forms. First form is where the user would fill up his name, then a NEXT' button for the form2, in which there will be a 'question no.1', with three radio buttons for the choices. Then another 'NEXT' button for the form3 where the next question is and its choices are... on and on up to five questions.
I don't know what to do to save the user's answers and compare them with the correct answer..

And then, the last form would be where a 'RESULT' button would be which when the user would press it his name and his score will pop up.. And just add a 'close' button.



To those who find this very easy and is willing to do this for me I could send you my questions, the choices, and the answers..
Or for less fuss, you can have them your own.It doesn't matter. I'll be cool with anything.
