DELPHI Help please(about String Grid)?Thank you!?

Components I need for this Delphi program: String Grid 1, Button 1, Edit Box 1 and 2.
So, I have to write a program: first I have to fill the String Grid with dimensions NxN with random numbers. Then, on click on the button 'Change' I have to write procedure for random changing all the numbers which are symmetrical to the main diagonal.

Can anybody please help me with writing this program?? I don't understand it very and would deeply appreciate your help. Thank you!
