what is the best and latest PASCAL software development system? all i know is turbo

what is the best and latest PASCAL software development system? all i know is turbo

pascal. is that alright? i need to get back with my pascal knowledge for our major project.
i need a software that can execute pascal codes.

what do you think is the latest software for that?
all i know is turbo pascal, and i think it's kinda classic.
im using windows vista starter as my operating system. maybe some pascal software development system requires something less than vista.

Try using Dev-Pascal from Bloodshed.net. I use it and it works well.

Also, check out Lazarus.
