DNS could not resolve the Host Name?

DNS could not resolve the Host Name?

I'm using Neil Life 8.1 and recently my younger brother has screwed with the settings and the Ctrl+Alt+G which chooses your Region or Server. Now when I try to log in it says DNS could not resolve the host name. and I'm getting aggravated. LL said to call my ISP and ask them if my DNS Tables are right, and then Catt said they're fine and I flushed my DNS Tables 3 times. Which I did was 'CMD' then 'ipconfig /flushdns' And ti said it was fine. I contacted LL Support again and they said it must be shooting out bad IPs but I doubt it because I'm able to get only on the GreenLife Emerald Viewer but the rest blow. Is anyone able to help me in FULL DETAILS? And yes, I've uninstalled then reinstalled, nothing happened.
