XHTML With Javascript?

Hello, can anybody help? We need to create a online sales webpage using XHTML that prompts a user to enter CD description, price, members price (which is 25% cheaper) and then quantity ordered. The following calculations then need to be made: to work out the value of the order, value of order for members price, saving made in currency and saving made in percentage.
Any help would be fantastic. DB
