You have to contact your servor network tech and get the 'coding' from them...without it entered into your email program you cannot send or recieve email.
Just having access to the internet doesn't get you email service. The coding sets your servor so that their computer system can accept and recognize your emails to forward to you, and also allows your outgoing mail to be 'sent'.
Maybe you can get around this by using gmail or yahoo mail or something but I'm not computer savvy enough to know.

It depends on your ISP or workplace, whoever provides your mail account. You should ask them.

Hello masd_123masd,

You need to contact your Internet Service Provider (most likely your support, or technical service line) and get that information from them. These are the guys who know what those correct settings are called.

Your Incoming Mail Server might be, pop.yourISPName.com

Your outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) might be, mail.yourISPName.com

Again, you get this information from your ISP.

When you're in your Mac's Mail program, go into your preferences settings. Go to the Mail > Preferences... menu command. In the dialog box, click on the Accounts tab, and your mail server information goes in there. Best of luck.
