I am getting a message that the Yahoo mail server is having trouble.?

I am getting a message that the Yahoo mail server is having trouble.?

When I tried to send an email to one person, an error message pops up saying "the server goofed up" trying to send and to try again, but numerous attempts all fail? This is only happening in sending to this person-all others are fine?
I'm running on OS X.4.11, Safari.
