How to export from MS SQL 2000?

I 'm using MS SQL 2000 for a management software. I want to export data so that I can set up the software on the custom's computer. But I 'm stuck with a problem: "how to export ALL data from MS SQL server ?". (ALL means : tables, foreignkey, data, store procedure)
Anyone knows about this problem, please help. Thanks thousand times.

Start SQL Server Enterprise Manager.
Drill down to your database, right-click on it and select "All Tasks" -> Export Data.
Then follow instructions.

Or better yet, choose "Backup Database", back it up to a file and then restore it on another server.

If you don't know where to export, don't export - use Backup function instead to back up entire database to a file. Then restore it on another server.
