Does Sql Server come free with MS Visual Web Studio 2005 Express ?

Does Sql Server come free with MS Visual Web Studio 2005 Express ?

because when I drag 'sqldatasource' onto the design pane, I end up having to then connect to an ms access database, its on this database which my sql statements will then work.

but this can't be right/the right way surely ?

sql server is something which should allow you to use 'create table' statements etc, and allow u to create a databse from scratch.

I wish to use store procedures eventually, thats why I want to use sql database directly NOT ms access. Also security is an issue.

Do i have it or not ? where shall i get it from ?
