how can i change my ip address.?
I have called my provider and they said that my ip is dynamic, i have shut off my modem and disconnected the wire for 2 hours reconnected and checked my ip and it was still the same. How can i change my ip ?

Go to your command line, Start > Run > cmd

Then type in...

ipconfig /release

and then

ipconfig /renew

This will only work if you are in direct connection with the modem.
