Roaming profile solution for my Company!?

Hi all,

I am being asked that I need to configure a system to have all the profiles of the users to my storage server, I am not able to configure them roaming profile because they are usually out side of the network without the Net.

I need a solution that when ever a user connects to the network my server goes and copies all their profiles or any changes being made since then from the client side.

I know this could be very easy via some sort of software or other tools and I need to know if some body already has this kind or some better solution for me.

Thanks,
SE
