I have completed OCP exam but I don't have registration confrimation from oracle,...

...how can I get my certificate I have completed OCP exam but don't have registration confirmation email from Oracle then how can I get my passing certificate from Oracle? I found in Oracle's site that I must have below mentioned things if I don't have confirmation emils. My main question is what are these informations and where will I get these information? I am concerned with below mentioned information:
Course Title, Course Date and Course Location and Course Facility Name (the name of the company or institute you took your hands-on course from).

Can someone explain me what is the meaning of Course Title? What is the meaning of Course date and course location?
