need activation code to install Oracle Developer-Developer Server 6?

Just got this Oracle developer Start Kit, was just about to install it, but need an authorization code(password)

went to http://technet.oracle.com/developer.htm
got an errordocument 403

where can I get this password from?

I just checked the page, and it now throws a 404 page not found. I'd suggest trying to contact Oracle directly. The 403 error is essentially a you don't have permission to view this page message.

I also have to wonder how you go this package? I think it's a really old one, so you might just be out of luck.

Oracle is the only place you can legally obtain the code. Check the Contact page for information.

If you are using this in a development environment, some applications may be available at a low cost or even free (especially if you are a business partner).
