How do you get stock quotes using either of the following: PHP, Perl, ASP, or MYSQL? I've tried using PHP and Perl to read the .CSV files from Yahoo! Finance, but neither of them read it. I'm looking to have approx. 15-minute Stock Quotes on a Web Site.
PHP's fopen and Perl open() functions don't really seem to work when it comes to opening files from another web site. I'm looking to know how I can have the stock quotes downloaded to my server automatically like the broker sites such as Etrade, Scottrade, Ameritrade, or even Yahoo Finance, Marketwatch, or AOL.

It might help to see an example line from the file, or tell us how to get a sample file. Although, if you look at the bottom of the Yahoo! Finance site, it includes this, By accessing the Yahoo! site, you agree not to redistribute the information found therein.
