Does blogspot(blogger) / livejournal / wordpress support the use of php?

I'm a complete noob in these things and I really want to try blogging. The thing is, I wanna be able to customize my blog more personally through one of these sites (blogger, livejournal, wordpress).. I believe I need php to do this, so I'm asking if these sites support the use of php. If not, can you please reccommend a site like them that does support php usage? THANK YOU!!
