I am trying to get some critique on my new web site.?


This is for a new online organization that I have developed. International Alliance of Human Rights Asvocates. We have 2,360 members already. www.freewebs.com/humanrightsadvocates

Assuming you mean the site at freewebs.com/ humanrightsadvocates/

1. You have too much inline css. You should consolidate your styles in a single file.

2. You call too much JavaScript inline. You should consolidate your scripts in a single file.

3. Your document is not properly encoded. As a result, it cannot be validated by the W3 validator.

4. It looks too much like a blog.

5. The third item doesn't lay out properly in Firefox. The graphic lies over the poll.

6. You should not underline text unless it is a link. People associate underlined text as links, especially if it is bold.

7. Your content descends too far for your menu.
