Is there a site that does free web site critique ?

I am kind of looking for reciporcal free web site critique where if I give my honest opinion on others they will do the same for me. I see some on the internet but am hesitant unless some one has used one and can clue me in on any catches.

I used Web CEO but am open to vistor look and feel.. Sites like Rate my boobs etc but maybe "Rate my site " would be neat
