What are the top 5 Traffic Exchanges the Professionals use?
Please list the top five traffic exchanges that the professionals use (in your opinion). For example, if Donald Trump were to advertise using five traffic exchanges, which ones do you think he would pick? What about Bill Gates? Which traffic exchanges do you think he would use?

In my opinion, Traffic Syndicate, Hitpulse, and TrafficSwarm would be on their list, but I am not sure. Maybe there are better ones that may get the eye of professionals. What do you think?
