Geocities web site script problem?

One of the pages on my Geocities web site uses JavaScript to open images in a pop-up window. It tests fine locally and when editing with File Manager. But when viewed online, the Yahoo server inserts its own script in the document head, which interferes with my script, therefore my pop-up images don't work. I never had this problem until recently. How can I correct this?
