Why does this keep popping up on my windows vista?

Why does this keep popping up on my windows vista?

"Do you want to allow this device to play content from your Windows Media Player Library? You can customize the music, pictures and video to share."
Then it gives me a name-pc and asks me to accept or deny. Why is this happening and can I stop it?
