Mcafee blocks guest user on windows vista?

When a "guest" uses my computer they cannot get on the internet. mcafee blocks yahoo. I don't know how to change that in administrator mode. Now, my brother can't use the computer without logging in with my user account. I want him to have his own account, but not as an administrator. How do I configure mcafee not to block him?
