How do you resolve Windows XP problem?

Hey,
I ain't good in computering so I really need help!
Because of my itchy hand, I accidentally press a button that resulted in,
Whenever I login, there is a message that reads "Your password is incorrect".
After I click 'OK', then I can login my account normally!
I know this is a small problem but everytime I login, I get annoyed.
