Windows Xp....2 Hard drives.?

Okay i have 2 80 gig hard drives both NTSC format. One has windows xp on it. And the other has just some MP3's and movies and stuff. But when i hook up both hard drives when the computer is booting up it bluescreens me and computer freezes before windows even loads. If i unhook it windows boots fine. I tried reinstalling windows and reformating both harddrives and still the same problem. Any solutions? No drivers that i could find for dual hard drives. Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
Any ideas how to set the bios correctly?

If you're running XP, try booting into the recovery console and running the fixmbr command.

This article may help:
http://support.microsoft.com/KB/314503

If the other drive has a MBR written on it, then your BIOS is going to get confused when it boots as two drives are telling it "boot me first". Its response is to not do anything.

I've run into this before & the fixmbr command fixed me right up.
